1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

  • Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

  • NovaGlasni is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and order weight.

  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (details provided at checkout).

  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees for expedited services.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link or by logging into their NovaGlasni account.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact customer support.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • NovaGlasni is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly for resolution.

  • If you receive a damaged item, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@novaglasni.com with photos of the damage.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve claims for lost or damaged shipments but cannot guarantee replacements for all cases.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to NovaGlasni due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • If a package is refused or not collected from the carrier, it may be subject to a restocking fee or additional shipping charges.

8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • NovaGlasni is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • If an international shipment is refused due to customs fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
