- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery. Any return request submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Mileage Limit: The vehicle must not have been driven more than 200 miles from the time of purchase. If the vehicle has exceeded this mileage, it will no longer be eligible for return.

2. Reasons for Return

3. Return Process

Inspection of the Vehicle: Once your return request is received, we will schedule a time to inspect the vehicle. The inspection will ensure that the vehicle meets the return criteria (no damage, mileage under 200 miles, etc.).
Return Authorization: After a successful inspection, we will issue you a return authorization number. This number must be clearly displayed on the vehicle when it is returned to us. Without this number, the return will not be processed.
Return the Vehicle: The vehicle must be returned to NOVAGLASNI at the address provided in the return instructions. Please ensure that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when purchased, with all original documentation and accessories included.
Refund or Exchange: Once the vehicle has been returned and inspected, we will process a full refund to the original payment method or offer you an exchange for another vehicle of equal or lesser value. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to be processed, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

- Custom Modifications: If the vehicle has been modified after purchase (including custom paint jobs, aftermarket parts, or alterations to the vehicle’s features), it will not be eligible for return.
